1-1/2 tsp. + 3/4 cup butter
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 pkg. 10 or 12 oz. vanilla chips
1 jar marshmellow cream (7 oz)
3 tsp. orange extract
12 drops yellow and 5 drops red food color.

Grease 9 x 13 pan with 1-1/2 tsp. butter. Combine sugar, whipping cream and 3/4 cup butter in heavy saucepan. Cook on low heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil and stir constantly for 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chips and marshmellow cream until smooth. Remove 1 cup and set aside. Add orange extract and food color to remainder. Stir until blended. Pour into greased pan. Drop reserve by Tablespoons on top and swirl with knife.
