2 lb carrots, sliced
2 tsp chicken bouillon
8 oz Velvetta cheese, cubed
2 T butter
1 pkg cream cheese, cubed
4 green onions sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots and bouillon. Cover and simmer for 7-9 min. Combine velvetta and butter - cook until melted on low heat. Add cream cheese, onions, salt & pepper. Cook until melted. Drain carrots. Stir into cheese sauce. Pour into a greased shallow 2 qt baking dish. Cover and bake at 350º for 20 - 25 min.
