10 lg potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 c sour cream
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
6 T margarine (divided)
2 T dried minced onion
1/2 - 1 tsp salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain potatoes. Mash slightly, add sour cream, cream cheese, 4 T margarine, onion and salt. Stir until smooth and cream and cheese are melted. Spread in 9x13" baking dish, greased. Melt remaining margarine and drizzle over potatoes. Sprinkle with Paprika. Cover and bake 40 min at 350º. Remove cover and bake 20 min. This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Let stand at room temperature for 30 min before baking.
