1 pie crust
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup pecans, lightly toasted
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & butter, and add syrup, salt & vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add pecans and pour into 9" pie crust. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
