6 tbsp melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp dried onions
1 32 oz package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, soup, sour cream, and onions in a large bowl. Stir in the thawed potatoes and cheese, adding salt & pepper to taste. Place in a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350º for approximately 1 hour--longer cooking time will provide a crunchier crust.
