1 whole cooked chicken
1 package Mahatma's saffron yellow rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook skinless chicken, adding salt, pepper & paprika to taste.
2. Remove chicken from broth.
3. Use the chicken broth to cook the rice for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Take chicken off bones and tear into small pieces.
5. After rice is cooked, put the chicken pieces back into the rice. Stir and cover until ready to serve.
