1 prepared Chocolate cookie pie crust
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup Sugar
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
12 oz Cool Whip
1 jar (11.75 oz) Hot Fudge Topping
Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, sugar and cream cheese. Gently fold in 3 cups of the Cool Whip. Spoon into pie shell. Using spatula, smooth mixture to edges of pie evenly. Reserve 2 tablespoons of hot fudge in a baggie and set aside for later. Microwave remaining hot fudge for 1 minute in microwave and stir. Spread hot fudge over the peanut butter layer, being careful not to mix the layers. Refrigerate. Just before serving, spread remaining Cool Whip over fudge layer. Using the 2 tbsp of hot fudge in baggie, knead it and cut corner off bag and drizzle over Cool Whip to make it look pretty :)
