1 1/2 lbs. light or regular kielbasa (cut in circles and again in half moons)
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can butter beans (rinsed and drained)
1 large vidalia onion (chopped)
1 large green pepper (chopped)
1 cup ketchup (add to taste after first hour of cooking)
1/2 cup light or regular brown sugar (add to taste after first hour of cooking)

Put kielbasa in large pan (make sure it is deep enough so juices do not overflow)
Add green pepper and onions
Add stewed tomatoes (with liquid)
Add butter beans (rinsed and drained)
Add ketchup and brown sugar
Mix together well.
'Bake at 350º covered for two hours.
Uncover and let bake for about another 1/2 hour.
Let sit for a while - this thickens up the sauce.
