Pork side or back Ribs
minced Garlic
Onion
Salt and Pepper
Diana's Chicken and Rib Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Place ribs in a covered roaster. Sprinkle salt, pepper, minced garlic and onion on top of the ribs. Then place covered roaster in oven and slow cook for 1 1/2 hours- 2 hours. Then take ribs out and spread Diana's Chicken and Rib sauce all over them. Put back in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
