16 oz can Refried beans
2 cups Salsa
2 Avocados
2 tbsp lime juice
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 cups & 2 tbsp Sour Cream
2 cups shredded Lettuce
2 Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix beans and 1 cup of the salsa, spread evenly on a 9 x 13 baking sheet or a 12" round platter with 1" tall edge. Top evenly with sour cream. In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, garlic and 2 tbsp sour cream. Carefully spread over sour cream layer. Top with remaining 1 cup salsa. Sprinkle with lettuce, then tomatoes and then shredded cheese. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
