3 Eggs
2 Egg yolks
2 1/2 C fat free Milk
1/3 C white Sugar
1 tsp pure Vanilla extract
6 tsp brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF.
Put eggs and egg yolks in a large bowl.
Use a wire whisk to beat the eggs until well mixed.
Add fat free milk, white sugar and vanilla extract.
Divide mixture equally into each glass or ceramic custard cup.
Place 6 custard cups in large roasting pan.
Pour enough hot water into the roasting pan around the custard dishes (to reach halfway up the outer sides).
Bake 50-55 minutes or until set.
Let stand 1 hour.
Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours.

To serve, sprinkle 1 tsp of brown sugar into each cup and use brulee torch to crisp sugar on top.
