Ingredients:  
Tomatoes - any variety - refrigerated
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes into wedges or bite size pieces, whichever you prefer.
Add equal parts of oil and vinegar - just enough to coat the tomatoes.
Toss together and add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill before serving.
