1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 pkg of instant garlic potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup tomato chopped
bacon bits
green onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
In large bowl mix beef, onion, bread crumbs, sage,salt, and egg until well blended. Press into bottom of ungreased 8 in glass pan. Prepare mashed potatoes as box directed. Spread potatoes evenly over top of meat, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered 50 min or until meat is done. Sprinkle with tomato, bacon, and green onions.
