2 eggs, beaten, well
2 c. sugar
1 c. lard or butter
1 c. sour cream or Carnation evaporated milk
1 T. vinegar
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
1 t. salt (approx.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first three ingredients. In a small bowl, add sour cream or milk with vinegar and mix together. Add all ingredients together and chill until stiff enough to roll out. No baking temp. given or time. Guess at 350º for 8-10 mins. 1/4 inch thickness or more if desired, then cut out into desired shapes. If rolling into balls and smashing with a glass, roll balls in sugar first, then smash gently with a bottom of a glass. Baking time might be a few mins. more with this procedure.
