1 1/2 C all-purpose Flour
1 C White Sugar
1/4 C Fry's Cocoa
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 C Milk
1/2 C ripe Bananas, mashed
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients. Add milk, bananas, oil, lemon juice and vanilla.

Beat with a fork until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour into greased 8 inch (2L) square cake pan.

Bake in 350ºF oven for 30-35 minutes (or until done). Cool completely and frost, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
