Tender Okra
Cornmeal
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash okra and cut into 1/4" pieces. Salt the okra lightly before placing in a Ziploc bag of cornmeal with salt & pepper to taste, then shake it til the okra is lightly coated. Get oil very hot in skillet before adding okra. Fry okra until golden brown. Try not to put too much okra in the skillet at one time. Drain on paper towels.
