1 small Onion, chopped
1 T. butter
1 small can Ortega Chilies, diced
1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
16 oz. Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, saute chopped onion in butter until onion is translucent. Stir in Ortega Chilles and Tomato Soup. Cut Velveeta Cheese into chunks and add to pan. Stir until cheese is melted over low heat. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
