1/4 tsp. Onion Salt
1 1/4 tsp. Celery Salt
1 T. Garlic Salt
4 T. Liquid Smoke
Worchestshire Sauce
BBQ Sauce
Brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Line 11"X9" pan with heavy foil. Place brisket in pan and sprinkle salts over the top. Pour 2 T. Liquid Smoke over the top. Seal pan with foil and place in refrigerator overnight. Salt and pepper brisket. Pour Worchestshire Sauce all over the brisket, then pour remaining 2 T. of Liquid Smoke over the top. Wrap tight in foil.

Cook at 250º for 6 hours. Open foil, cover brisket with BBQ sauce and cook 1 hour. Slice brisket at a diagonal and serve.
