Salad:
1 large head of broccoli
1 red onion, chopped
10 strips of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
3/4 cup of almond slivers, toasted
2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
Dressing
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions:

Mix broccoli flowers, onion, bacon and toasted almond slivers. In a separate bowl, blend the dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour dressing over the salad mixture, toss until evenly coated, refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
