1 Tbsp. yeast
1-1/4 c. warm water (90ª-120ª)
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until foamy, about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until dough leaves the side of the bowl. Turn dough out onto floured surface. Knead a few times until the dough is smooth, not shaggy. Place in greased bowl and turn once. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in warm area until doubled, about an hour. Shape and bake as desired. Makes 2 thin crusts.

Thin pizza 425 degrees for 12 minutes
Calzone 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes
Pan pizza (13x9) 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
