1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter at room temperature
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large tub Light Cool Whip at room temperature
3 c. fat free milk
1 large box instant fat free chocolate pudding

Directions:

Mix together 1 1/2 c, flour, 1 c. butter, 1/2 c. chopped nuts. Press into a
9 x 13 pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool.

Beat together 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Prepare pudding mix as directed on the package and pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set.
Cover with a layer of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or chocolate shavings. Refrigerate.
