8 oz Cream cheese
2 cans Flakes of Ham
2 tsp chives, dried
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Beat or mash cream cheese and ham together until blended. Add chives, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into a ball, chilling first if necessary. It can be shaped into a mound or a log on a plate if preferred. Chill. Serve with crackers.

Hint: Roll in Parsley or chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts before chilling.
