Ingredients:
4 -10 Chicken breasts
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp -1 1/2 tsp Sambal Oelek
2 C Whipping cream
2 tsp tumeric
large jar sliced Peaches
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken on both sides on high heat with a little bit of oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn down the heat, add oyster sauce, sesame oil and sambal oelek (available in the oriental section). Sambal Oelek is very spicy so use in moderation - if you dislike spice, don't use it! Add whipping cream, tumerick and drained peaches, return to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Serve with rice and green beans. Freezes well.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is one of our family favorites. Even the kids love it. Mom and Dad like it spicy so they add quite a bit of sambal oelek. The kids drink a lot of milk while they eat it!
