1 lb. skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves or 2 - 12oz. pkgs. precooked chicken breasts
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1-8oz. jar mayonnaise
1-8oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1-4oz. can diced green chile peppers (drained and rinsed)
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely diced (can use less)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place chicken breast halves on a medium baking sheet, bake 20 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from heat, cool and shred. (or use pre-cooked chicken). In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add prepared chicken, cheddar cheese, chiles and jalapenos. Mix well. Transfer chicken mixture to medium baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake uncovered 30-45 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.Serve with tortilla chips.
