1 Cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 T. sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 Cups cornmeal
flour for dusting
1/2 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, eggs, oil, sugar, salt and mix well.
Sprinkle in baking powder, corn meal and flour. Dry hot dogs & dust with flour. Pour batter in tall glass and dip hot dogs in batter to coat. Fry.
