1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place whole thawed, skinless chicken in pot, add seasoning and cover with water. Bring to boil on high, then turn to low and simmer for at least one hour. Let cool and then take meat off bone.
