3 C warm water
8 Tbsp sugar
6 Tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp fermipan instant yeast
2 eggs
10 - 12 C flour, to make workable dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with 4 cups of the flour. In a large bowl, whip eggs, sugar, oil and water. When it's well beaten, add flour/yeast mixture and blend well. Add remaining flour and salt. Place in an oiled bowl, turning over so the top is greased. Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Punch down and form into about 30 buns. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375º for 18 minutes. Brush with the butter when removed.

I acquired the recipe from a neighbor in Innisfail but Auntie Jackie is the Queen of these buns! Every family dinner Auntie Jackie is asked to bring her "buns".
On Halloween Jackson and Spencer would go to Jackie's and only want buns for a treat.
