2 cups flour
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini drained

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients.
Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients and nuts.
Pour into greased bread pans
Bake for 1 hour at 350º
