1 lb. block of Ambrosia Chocolate ( in Roundy's grocery store at Christmas time)

!/2 pt. whipping cream

approx. 3/4 -1 cup ground walnuts

Directions:
Melt chocolate and let cool to room temperature all the way through.
Whip cream
Fold whipped cream into chocolate thoroughly but gently. Cover and let cool in refrig. overnight
Next day use small end of baller (heated in hot water) to scoop out a round ball. Roll in nuts and store in tight container in freezer.

Keep a HOT cup of water next to you to dip your baller in between scoops.
