1 or 2 lb. Hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 or 2 quarts diced Tomatoes
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Mustard
Pepper to taste
1-1/2 cup Uncooked Instant Rice
1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain. Add onion and celery and cook until onions are transparent. Add remaining ingredients.
Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is done.
