1 1/2 pounds round steak cut in thin strips
1/4 cup flour
Dash Peppper
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 can (4oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 can (10 1/2 Oz) condensed conbsomme
1 cup sour cream
3 cups noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Dust meat with flour and pepper.
In skillet, brown meat in butter.
Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic; brown lightly.
Stir in soup, cover and cook 1 hour or until meat is tender; stir often
Gradually blend in sour cream; cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve over noodles - makes 4 servings.
