Ingredients:  
Flake salmon and retain juice. Add:
1 cup soft bread crumbs
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Put in loaf pan and bake 375 for 25-30 minutes or til browned. Or shape into patties and roll in flour and brown in small amount of shortening.
