3 c. flour
1 ½ c. sugar
2 c. zucchini (grated)
3 eggs
1 c. veg oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp soda
1 c nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar & oil then zucchini & eggs & vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to make sure its moistened. Bake 1 hour 15 min or ? Freeze well
