whole chicken
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper
11/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Boil your chicken until done. Debone chicken and put aside.
In separate pan over medium heat, melt butter, then add flour, salt and pepper and stir until smooth and bubbly. Add chicken broth and milk and stir until smooth and thick. If it becomes too thick, add more liquid. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken.

Put pie crust in pie pan (pottery pie pan works best!) and fill with chicken and gravy. Top with pie crust.

Bake for 1 hour in a 350º oven or until pie crust is done.
