Standing Rib Roast
2 T Worcestershire sauce

Mix:
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme leaves – crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Puncture fat 1” apart.
Rub sides and top of roast with 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

After rubbing the roast with the Worcestershire sauce, rub the roast with the mixture above and cook to desired doneness.
