1 ½ pounds cube steak, ½” thick
¾ c diced onion
8 slices bacon
¾ c. diced celery
1 can/bottle beef gravy (10 ½ oz)
oil/flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place bacon on steak. Mix celery, onion spread on steak. Cut into 4 pieces. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Roll in flour and brown on all sides in hot oil. Place in pan. Pour gravy over and cover. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
