2 scoops Mint chocolate chip ice cream
2 tbsp Chocolate syrup
1/2 cup Evaporated milk
1/4 cup Mini-chocolate chips
1 cup Ice
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
Serve in a tall glass.
