1 pkg (6 ounces) frozen crabmeat or shrimp*, thawed and drained. or 1 can (6 1/2 ounces) tuna, drained
1 C. shredded process American Cheese
1 pkg (3 ounces) Cream Cheese, cut into about 1/4 inch cubes
1/4 C. sliced Green Onions
1 jar (2 ounces) chopped Pimento, drained, if desired
2 C. Milk
1 C. Bisquick baking mix
4 Eggs
3/4 t. Salt
Dash of Nutmeg

* Your local seafood market may have fresh crab or shrimp, or, use 1 can (6ounces) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed, or 1 can (4 1/5 ounces) shrimp, well rinsed and drained, can be substituted for the frozen crab-meat or shrimp.

Heat oven to 400º. Grease Pie Plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix crab-meat, cheeses, onions and pimento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
