Chuck Roast (any size)
Adolph's Meat Tenderizer
Seasoned Salt
Garlic Powder
Black pepper
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce the chuck roast liberally with a fork and sprinkle generously with meat tenderizer. Pour a couple tablespoons of water on to help the tenderizer soak in.

Sprinkle with seasoned salt and garlic powder and pepper, and repeat on other side. Once the meat is seasoned put into a Ziploc bag and add roughly ¼- ½ cup of olive oil. Let marinate in fridge for at least one hour.

Cook meat over low - medium heat on the grill for approximately 40 minutes (20 minutes per side). Slice thin and serve.
