Ingredients:  
1 Cup of Water
1 pkg yeast
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/3 Cup Corn Oil (Real Recipe says mixture of 95% Corn/ 5% EVOO)
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 Lbs Bread Flour
Mozz Cheese
Toppings

Sauce:
28 oz Can Roma tomatoes
1 tsp salt
Pinch basil
Pinch oregano
Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and knead for 10 minutes
Let rise overnight
Oil deep dish pizza pan
Spread dough on bottom, pushing up along sides of pan
Cover dough with cheese
Let sit in refrigerator for a day
Add sauce and toppings (Pepperoni on top can be broiled for crispness)
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
