1-1/4 cup Warm Water
3 cups Bread Flour
2 Tbsp. Dry Milk
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 tsp. Fast Rising Yeast (may substitute 3 tsp. Dry Active Yeast)
Herbs:
Use dried herbs that are flaked. If using ground herbs reduce amount by half. If using fresh herbs double the amount.
1/2 Tbsp. Chives
1/2 Tbsp. Marjoram
1/2 Tbsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Basil

Directions:
Directions:
Premix all dried ingredients and place into bread maker. Melt butter and allow to cool. Dimple the top of dried ingredients, pour in warm water then butter. Set machine for baking bread and start bread machine.
