Fresh Cauliflower head
1 c. Mayo or Miracle Whip
1 tsp mustard
Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Clean one cauliflower head. Remove leaves, core, etc. Place in covered casserole (with water clinging after washing). Microwave – High for 6-8 minutes per lb. Let sit 10 min.

Mix together ½ c. mayo, 2 t mustard. Micro – High 40-50 seconds. Stir. Spread over cauliflower.

Cover cauliflower with grated cheese. Micro on medium (50-70% power) – 2 minutes or until cheese is melted
