4 eggs beaten
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 (4.25 oz) jar diced green chilies
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 (15 oz) can corned beef hash
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl combine eggs, shredded cheese, cottage cheese, diced green chilies , onion and bell pepper. In another bowl combine hash with one cup of the egg mixture. Stir dry bread crumbs into hash. Place hash mixture into lightly greased 9 inch baking dish . Top with remaining egg mixture. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set. If desired serve with salsa. Serves 6
