6 c. cooked butternut squash (4 – 12 oz frozen pkgs)
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla extract
½ stick melted butter
2 t. cinnamon

Topping
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. flour
½ c. chopped walnuts
½ stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix squash, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter. Pour into a slightly oiled 3-quart dish. Mix the topping ingredients together with a fork. Sprinkle the crumbs on top of casserole.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (careful – it will burn!)
