1 lb. sausage
8 slices of bread
2 c. shredded cheese
small can mushrooms (optional)
1 doz. eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Fry sausage. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, soup.
Lay bread of bottom of 9x13" pan. Layer with cooked sausage, shredded cheese, egg mixture.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour uncovered.
