3 3/4 quarts (15 cups) popped corn
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp.soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 200º. Divide popped corn between two ungreased baking pans, 13x19x2. In saucepan, heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Stir occasionally until bubbly around the edges. Continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in soda until foamy. Pour on popped corn, stirring until corn is coated. Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
