4 small boneless rib-eye steaks (1-inch thick)
2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 large clove garlic, peeled and crushed
salt to taste
freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the steaks in a plastic sealable bag. Add next three ingredients, seal bag and press to work the marinade into the steak. Refrigerate for 1-4 hours. About 1 hour before serving, remove the steak from the refrigreator and from the marinade, placing the steak on a platter. Discard the marinade and season steaks with salt and pepper. Place the steaks on the grill and cook to desired doneness. Remove from the grill to serving plates and top with a warm mushroom mixture (recipe in book).
