Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 bunches of broccoli
1 lb of bacon
1 cup raisins
1 small red onion, chopped

Dressing:
1 cup Hellmanns Light mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbs white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop broccoli flowers into bite-size pieces. Slice bacon into small pieces, then fry until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Mix with broccoli, raisins, and onion. Mix dressing just before serving and pour over salad mixture and toss to distribute throughout the salad. Don't put the dressing on the salad ahead of time because the salad will become mushy.

* When I am taking this somewhere, I mix the dressing in a separate container and refrigerate. Then I pour and toss on salad just prior to serving.
