1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soft butter
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg

Frosting
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 T butter
1 T light corn syrup
4 squares chopped semi sweet chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
1 jar macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Line a 9"pan with wax paper. Grease and flour pan.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix on low speed until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake 30 minutes.
Cool on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
In a medium sauce pan heat heavy cream, sugar, butter, corn syrup and chocolate stirring constantly until mixture boils. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool for 10 minutes. Stir in 3/4 jar of nuts and pour over cake. Crush remaining nuts and sprinkle over the cake.
