1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cold butter, cut into pieces
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Generously grease each cup of a 12-cup muffin pan with softened butter; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Using a pastry blender or fork, cut cold butter into flour mixture until crumbly. Add milk and sour cream; stir to mix well. Spoon batter into each muffin cup, filling three-fourths full. Bake for 30 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown.
